Prior to joining Orlando City Soccer Club in 2016 Patrick spent seven and a half years at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL as the Head Athletic Trainer. While at IMG Patrick spent time working with the Soccer, Baseball, Golf and Football programs. Prior to IMG Tanner spent two years with the Baltimore Orioles organization as a minor league athletic trainer in Sarasota, FL. Before joining the Orioles Patrick worked for Resurgens Orthopaedics in Roswell, GA as a clinical athletic trainer.
Patrick graduated from Towson University in 2002 with a BS in Athletic Training and went on to complete his masters at California University of Pennsylvania in 2007. Originally from Elkton, MD Patrick now lives in Orlando with his beautiful wife Caroline and daughter Isabella.
Constantine Demetriadis is in his third season as the Assistant Athletic Trainer with Orlando City SC. He joined the club in 2016 after serving as the Athletic Trainer with the U.S. Soccer U17 Men's National Team Residency Program, which participated in the 2015 U17 World Cup in Chile. Prior to his position with US Soccer, Constantine spent 3 years as the Assistant Head Athletic Trainer at IMG Academy and Head Athletic Trainer of the boy's soccer program under current Orlando City SC Director of Sports Performance and Head Athletic Trainer, Patrick Tanner. While at IMG Academy, Constantine also worked with numerous U.S. Soccer National Teams, including the Men's U20's, Men's U18's, Girls U14's and Men's Beach Soccer.
Constantine has numerous years of experience in collegiate and professional sports having served as the Athletic Trainer for Mississippi State University Baseball and the University of Oklahoma Women's Soccer teams. He has completed internships in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New York Jets.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Constantine received his BS in Athletic Training from Florida State University and earned his Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. He has been a certified member of the NATA since 2005.
